At first, one can think that it is easy to sit down and put words together in a coherent manner. After all, we spend so much of our lives speaking those same words that it seems a simple task to put them down in print form.  A no-brainer, if you will. Unfortunately, for many of us, when we try to do just that, we find ourselves in a mental block from which we cannot seem to escape. It is not a failing on your part, however. Writing seems to have become a lost art over the past several decades, with little emphasis on it during one’s early schooling, when such things are most efficiently absorbed.
